The hotel is beautifully decorated with charming
Artistic touches throughout. The staff were friendly and helped us feel right at home. The street noise was quite noticeable during the night, which disrupted our sleep.

marvellous and convenient location, walking distance to a museum and a theatre. pretty nice area with cafes and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. very comfy bed in the double room, plus a laptop-size safe, a work desk, and a flat-screen television. lots of options, fabulous food.

I had a lovely two-night stay and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was downright delicious! The spa offered soothing massages and refreshing facials. Just a heads up, you might hear some street noise at night, but it's a small trade-off for such a nice place 😊

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a downtown area, adjacent to the restaurant as well as the central square and the national museum. I appreciated the room with good breakfast, the bed was good. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe were a very nice touch.

The kids enjoyed nearby Oxígeno Human Playground, while our three dogs were welcomed with open arms. The restaurant served amazing food.
In my wife's opinion, a designated pet area would be great for families traveling with dogs.

We had the room right next to the reception. It was very loud .. The shower head was calcified and had so few rays that were so strong that it hurt
